Dr. Shakil Alam, the founder of 360 Med. I established this practice to revive the personal connection with patients and ensure consistent care, aiming to be “your” doctor. With nearly over a decade of experience as a GP, I completed my training in North London and have been actively involved in NHS services. My passion is to deliver tailored medical care, considering individuals’ overall health and lifestyle, and my vision is to reintroduce the concept of a family doctor who understands and cares for you and your family.

Dr James Ricketts graduated from the University of Liverpool with honours in 2013. He first gained experience working in Orthopaedics, Plastic Surgery and General Surgery across Yorkshire before transitioning to General Practice. In addition to the GP service, Dr Ricketts works as an NHS GP in East Cheshire, and he has a particular interest in musculoskeletal medicine, geriatric care, and men’s health. He particularly enjoys the unique nature of online video consulting and delivering personalised care remotely. Outside of his clinical work, he is passionate about education and is a supervisor for medical students and foundation doctors. When not working, he enjoys hiking and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Dr. Leung graduated from Brighton and Sussex Medical School and completed her GP training in Buckinghamshire in 2021. She has had diverse experience across multiple areas of medicine in her training, including Accident & Emergency, General Surgery, Ophthalmology, Internal Medicine, and Elderly Care and Stroke Medicine. She sees herself as a friendly and approachable doctor who enjoys managing a wide range of conditions in general practice. She is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, ensuring that treatment is tailored to each patient's individual needs.

Dr Manu was raised in Liverpool and London. He graduated from the University of Birmingham Medical School in 2001. He gained experience in Medicine, Surgery, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Genitourinary Medicine and Psychiatry before transitioning to General Practice in 2009. Since qualifying as a GP he has worked mainly in London and Buckinghamshire. He supplemented his primary role as an NHS GP Partner with a variety of additional clinical roles including private and urgent care work. For the last 5 years he has worked as a Civilian Medical Practitioner in Army and RAF medical facilities. He has a special interest in Occupational Medicine. When not working, he enjoys the performing arts, cinema, and reading history books.

All our Doctors are based in the UK and registered with the General Medical Council (GMC). All pharmacies affiliated with our service are also UK based and registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
What we do and what we offer:
In our busy day-to-day lives, more people are finding it difficult to take time off to see their GP or have to wait on average up to 10 working days to see a GP. We at the GP service provide an Online Doctor service to help diagnose and treat common conditions using our on-line consultation platform.
Our aim is to provide a safe, discreet and easy journey for patients who are looking for private medical treatment at their convenience and at a cost that people can afford. Our system allows patients to consult with qualified Doctors with a consultation via online assessment questionnaires or through secure video chat. They can then choose to collect their treatment from any Pharmacy registered with our service.
