At The GP Service, all patient queries and feedback are very important to us. If you have any questions, concerns or comments please do not hesitate to contact us. Our patient support team are available from 10 am – 6 pm, Monday to Friday. We aim to respond to all queries within one hour.

We only retain General Medical Council (GMC) registered doctors for our consultation service and also have member pharmacies across the UK, with our pharmacy network being expanded every day. In the event that a member pharmacy is not available in your area, we are also able to deliver directly to your door using our central delivery pharmacy, ZSA Traders Ltd, registration details of this pharmacy can be seen below:
